Behavioral interview with Pranav (CEO) (45 mins)
- Free-form discussion about projects you have worked on and their impact.
- We’ll ask questions like, “Tell me about a project where you had a large personal responsibility (or led a team) that you’re really proud of.”
- This helps us determine the right level for candidates.
Technical interview 1 with Hourann (Engineer) (45 mins)
- One SQL problem for you to solve on your own with a short discussion at the end.
- This helps us evaluate your data/SQL skills.
Technical interview 2 with Pete (CTO) and Hourann (Engineering) (2 days, 45 minutes)
- You’ll be presented with some structured data in a spreadsheet along with context. You’ll then be asked to review that data, find issues, and present those issues to a hypothetical customer.
- You’ll have a couple of days to do this exercise with a presentation at the end with Pete and Hourann.
